MY APPROACH
Individuals
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift, individual therapy offers a space to explore what’s beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work at your pace to understand patterns, tend to wounds, and reconnect with your values, boundaries, and capacity for change.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and centered in authenticity and self-compassion. I understand that mental health is shaped not only by our emotional and psychological experiences, but also by physical, environmental, and spiritual influences.
I welcome clients navigating experiences such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence—whether or not these have been named through a formal diagnosis. Together, we’ll work beyond labels to understand what healing means for you.
Relationships
I support all forms of relationships—monogamous, polyamorous, queer, co-parenting, evolving, and undefined. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, life transitions, or simply seeking to deepen connection, relational therapy offers a space to explore how you move through the world together.
We might focus on rebuilding trust, exploring boundaries, tending to ruptures, or working through attachment wounds—always with an emphasis on collaboration and care. Rather than assuming a “right” way to relate, I meet your unique configuration with curiosity, respect, and an affirming approach to your shared goals.
My work is trauma-informed, systems-aware, and inclusive of all relationship structures, cultural backgrounds, and gender expressions.
Teens & Families
Adolescence is a tender and powerful time—often marked by identity exploration, emotional intensity, shifting boundaries, and deep questions about belonging. I offer a grounded, compassionate space for teens to explore what’s coming up for them, while also supporting caregivers in navigating the complexities of holding structure, communication, and connection.
My approach honors the agency and insight of young people while recognizing the importance of secure relationships and healthy boundaries within the family system. Family therapy may involve joint sessions, conflict repair work, communication coaching, or parallel support, depending on your family’s needs and goals.
I work in a queer-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed way, with deep respect for the cultural, generational, and systemic influences that shape family life. My goal is to create space where growth, resilience, and healing can happen—individually and collectively.
